JILL HAHN

PEER COUNSELOR
LIFE-WORK PLANNING CENTER

My name is Jill Hahn and I am the new peer counselor here at Life-Work Planning Center.  I worked at LWPC a few years ago as a Graduate Assistant; so I feel quite fortunate to return. 

I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Minnesota State University.  My undergraduate degree is in English from University of Minnesota, Morris.  I am also certified in Family Mediation through Hamline Law School.

 I have worked in the counseling profession for the past six years.  I have had the pleasure of working with some wonderful people during difficult periods in their lives.  I look forward to continuing this work at Life-Work Planning Center, as a Peer Counselor, in a psychoeducational approach with clients.
